The narratives should be thoroughly reviewed for important recommendations that occur throughout the text. The analysis includes the 2014 energy consumption of each building in the group, results of energy audits conducted for target facilities, and enumeration of ECM recommendations by building. Sections 3 through 7 describe and analyze each of the five facility groups. Section 1 offers general comments & recommendations that grew out of analysis of the data that was gathered.
